a)      All the states in China including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau had to sign as a member of Republic Federal Government of China with a new start country. 中华中央政府

c)      Special administrative region, Villages, Districts and Towns had general election but no religion political party.    特別行政區  村，區，鎮街大選
